ABclonal Technology ABScript Neo RT Master Mix for qPCR with gDNA Remover
ABScript Neo RT Master Mix for qPCR with gDNA Remover is an efficient and fast cDNA first-strand synthesis master mix, suitable for two-step RT-qPCR detection. The 4X ABScript Neo RT Mix in this product contains all the reagents required for the reverse transcription reaction. The reaction protocol is simple and can be carried out quickly by adding the RNA template and H2O. The gDNA Remover Mix in this product can completely remove the genomic DNA remaining in the RNA template and make the qPCR results more accurate. The dsDNase is heat-sensitive and can be quickly and irreversibly inactivated under high temperature conditions. Therefore, it only needs one sample to be used to remove genomic DNA contamination and reverse transcription reactions in the same tube.
ABclonal Technology AFTSpin EndoFree Plasmid Midi Kit
This kit uses a modified SDS-alkaline lysis method to lyse cells. The special Buffer P4 and the Filtration Columns 1 can effectively remove impurities such as endotoxin, protein and other impurities.The kit is suitable for extracting plasmid DNA from 5-15 mL bacterial cultures, and the whole experimental procedure of plasmid DNA extraction could be finished within 1 h. Plasmid DNA prepared is suitable for a variety of downstream applications including restriction enzyme digestion, PCR, sequencing, ligation, transformation and cell transfection.

During the purification the sample containign Ig's is first mixed with PuroMAG Protein A coated beads. During 30 min incubation the Ig’s bind to PuroMAG-PRA beads via their Fc region. PuroMAG™ Silica-Coated Magnetic Beads are optimized for nucleic acid binding. Silica coating effectively adsorbs DNA or RNA nucleic acids under high salt conditions. Nucleic acids can then be washed to remove impurities such as proteins and salts, and finally eluted into elution buffer or water. The eluted sample can then be used for such downstream applications as qPCR, or sequencing.
Strong magnetic core allows PuroMAG™ Silica-Coated Magnetic Beads to be separated out of solution with magnets in under 30 seconds. This allows for easy processing with magnetic racks, removing the need for a centrifuge.
PuroMAG™ Magnetic bead technology can also be used with automated extraction systems for high throughput nucleic acid purification.
